Our Waldport Library Foundation exists to raise funds to build a new Library for our town. We began efforts in 2022 and are in constant contact with the City of Waldport to ultimately fund the $50,000 needed for the first leg of architectural renderings.  We are 50% + there THANKS to community members, donations received, and fundraising efforts.

 

Our annual Tea and donated raffle items, which have included accommodations for a trip to Hawaii, a local fishing trip and hotel stay in Newport among others, have all contributed to make our efforts come together!  ​

Please make note of progress accumulated by dates above.  There are so many anonymous donations that were received in our efforts to be at Wednesday Markets, and other places around town that not all are mentioned specifically.  We will be making a concerted effort to report our progress and GRATITUDE here in this format to all who are making our efforts come to fruition!  Onward to build!!
